Oh, gawd. I can finally rest. (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ*
This is a long-overdue update since I promised one last December but got swamped by work I needed to finish. Anyway, the massive updates here, mainly adding stuff to the Artwork section of the site. Most of them are personal works, but if people are interested in viewing my art that falls under Professional Works (stuff I can’t upload online, but are okay to be included in my portfolio), kindly make a request for my art portfolio book through my contact page.
I’ve still got a lot of things I plan to draw (most of them have been sitting in my WIP folder since last year, egad), and having more time for it makes me really excited to get started. As usual, feel free to let me know if there’s something I missed! Thanks again for supporting my art!
ETA: I’ll try to open slots for acrylic charm commissions sometime soon, but I can’t promise anything. I’m still waiting for some stuff to settle down before I take more work. Thank you for understanding. ( ◜◒◝ )♡
Hey! I’m bringing this post back up again in case people want to use this process post as reference (minus the ramblings from the previous one, yay)? This is not really a tutorial and more of a personal reference for my own painting process but if people find it useful, why the hell should I not repost it?
Here’s a breakdown of the steps if the gif switches frames too fast. This is more of a step-by-step than a full tutorial because I suck at explaining things in detail, I’m sorry ;u;:
- Frame 1 – Sketch!
- Frame 2 – Laying down colors. It doesn’t matter if they look messy at first, you can always clean it up and fix it later. Just focus on getting the right colors down.
- Frame 3 – Blending and detailing!
- Frame 4 – More detailing~
- Frame 5 – Color adjustments and simple BG!
And that’s it? It took me a long time and a lot of trial and error before I found a workflow I’m comfortable with, and this may not be what you’ll find yourself comfortable working with. But! It’s always best to experiment! Happy painting! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:・ﾟ✧
And it’s live! Welcome to Version 5: Stardust!

2. A cluster of stars too distant to be seen individually, resembling a dimly luminous cloud of dust. (x)
Whew, I’m glad I finished the layout right before the Christmas holidays. This one took me a lot longer to implement, but I think everything’s working the way it should now? Still, I might’ve missed something so feel free to point them out to me if you find one!
Since this layout is not compatible with my old posts (and I’m too lazy to edit each, haha!), I will be taking down all of those from the site. I’m going to miss those, but I think it’s about time I clean up the site for a fresh start. I will be re-uploading some that had mini-tutorials and process in them, though! I’ve also added my ToS to the site. Please do check it out, especially if you’re someone who commissioned me before or is interested in commissioning me.
Lastly, I’ve built-up a huge back-log of unposted artworks and they will be added to the site soon. I’ll try to post them before Christmas week but I can’t promise anything at the moment since things have been quite busy for me. Most of my recent WIPs are being posted to my Tumblr and Facebook Page, though so feel free to check those sites out! Thank you so much for supporting my art!
